Mr. Gan Starling is known to me since April 2002 as an Associate Engineer in the Chassis Test Laboratory. When I assumed the supervision of the Test Lab, Gan was helping with the transition of equipment, testing methods and personnel from Galesburg, Michigan to the new corporate facility in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

I can state that he is very reliable and shoulders responsibilities well. He has an inquisitive bent of mind and the ability to apply basic and advanced engineering techniques to the problem at hand. He also has an excellent knowledge of servo hydraulics and simulation software. He likes to write software codes for repetitive processes used within the Test Lab.

His communication skills and dedication towards performing his job is above average. I found him very good at electromechanically operated devices and troubleshooting of Servohydraulics equipment. Gan likes to perform his job near perfection, which sometimes results in additional time to prevent delaying the project. If you would like additional information on Gan, please call on me.
