Curwood Castle

On our way to Detroit via the back roads, we stumbled into Owosso and Curwood Castle. Very worth seeing.

This is Michigan's largest used bookstore. It was here that I first started collecting signed, hardcover, first editions by Jack Vance. Enough said. Five floors of books, and books, and... Anyhow, I found a hardcover copy of The Best of C.L. Moore which makes me happy.

Karin and I both very like bats. They're so very cool. Also very misunderstood. I took a few more pictures there, but most of those were poorly framed. This bat, though, was quite of a size.
