The Hotel Majestic ↑ →
Here's where we stayed. Very historic. Tucked away in lower Pacific Heights, it's away from most of the noise, but still close enough to walk most of the places we wanted to see. It's among the very few which date from before both the 1906 earthquake, and the Great Fire.

The aquarium was fine enough as we found it. But somehow we'd come expecting just a bit more, it being world-famous and all.

Dioramas make excellent 3D photo opportunities. Never do the animals scamper away while I fiddle around with the tripod.

Golden Gate Bridge ← ↑ →
Our tour bus by night took us back to the big orange bridge.
Alas, but our tour bus made Treasure Island barely five minutes past sunset. Nevertheless, it was still a fine view.
