After reviewing your letter, we were able to confirm that the buffing process would remove some of the top coat, and feel that this would not be acceptable for your 1997 Yamaha. We agree that the sheet metal should be stripped and re-painted.

You indicated that stripping had already been done at a cost of $90.00. Please forward that receipt, and the amount will be credited towards your deductible.

As you obtain estimates on other aspects of the job, please forward them to us for consideration prior to further repairs. You may fax them to me at 616 683-6199.
