2. Middle front kick with right foot.
3. Set kicking foot down into right front stance, middle punch with right hand.

5. Turn 180° to the right into right walking stance, low block with right hand.
6. Middle front kick with left foot.
7. Set kicking foot down into left front stance, middle punch with left hand.
8. Without stepping, middle punch with right hand.
9. Turn 90° to the left into left walking stance, high inward knife hand strike with right hand.
10. Step forward into right walking stance, high inward knife hand strike with left hand.
11. Turn 90° to the left into right back stance, knife hand block with left hand.
