Start in ready position.
1. Turn 90° to the left into left front stance, low block with left hand.
2. Slide left foot into side stance, hammer strike with left hand.
3. Turn 180° to the right into right front stance, low block with right hand.
4. Slide right foot into side stance, hammer strike with right hand.
5. Turn 90° to the left (start going up the center bar) into left front stance, inward forearm block with left hand.
6. Without stepping, inward forearm block with right hand.
7. Middle front kick with right foot.
8. Set kicking foot down into right front stance, back fist strike with right hand.
9. Without stepping, inward forearm block with left hand.
10. Middle front kick with left foot.
11. Set kicking foot down into left front stance, back fist strike with left hand.
12. Without stepping, inward forearm block with right hand.
13. Stomp forward into right front stance, back fist strike with right hand.
14. Turn 270° to the left into right back stance, knife hand block with left hand.
15. Step forward into right front stance, middle elbow strike with right hand (left hand covering knuckles of right hand).
16. Turn 180° to the right into left back stance, knife hand block with right hand.
17. Step forward into left front stance, middle elbow strike with left hand (right hand covering knuckles of left hand).
18. Turn 90° to the left into left front stance, low block with left hand.
19. Without stepping, inward forearm block with right hand.
20. Front kick with right foot.
21. Set kicking foot down into right front stance, low block with right hand.
22. Without stepping, inward forearm block with left hand.
23. Turn 90° to the left into left front stance, high block with left hand.
24. Middle side kick with right foot.
25. Set kicking foot down into right front stance, elbow strike with left hand into right palm.
26. Turn 180° to the right into right front stance, high block with left hand.
27. Middle side kick with left foot.
28. Set kicking foot down into left front stance, elbow strike with right hand into left palm.
29. Turn 90° to the left into left front stance, low block with left hand.
30. Without stepping, inward forearm block with right hand.
31. Middle front kick with right foot.
32. Without setting down foot, jump forward into right twisted stance, back fist strike with right hand. Gi-yup!
