Start in ready position.
1. Turn 90° to the left into left front stance, high block with left hand.
2. Front kick with right foot, setting foot down in right front stance.*
3. Without stepping, low punch with right hand.
4. Turn 180° to the right into right front stance, high block with right hand.
5. Front kick with left foot, setting foot down in left front stance.*
6. Without stepping, low punch with left hand.
7. Turn 90° to the left into right back stance (left foot forward), double low knife hand block to the left.
8. Step forward into left back stance (right foot forward), double high knife hand block to the right.*
9. Step forward into left front stance, high block with left hand.
10. Step forward into right front stance, low punch with right hand. Gi-yup!
11. Turn 270° to the left into left front stance, high block with left hand.
12. Front kick with right foot, setting foot down in right front stance.*
13. Without stepping, low punch with right hand.
14. Turn 180° to the right into right front stance, high block with right hand.
15. Front kick with left foot, setting foot down in left front stance.*
16. Without stepping, low punch with left hand.
17. Turn 90° to the left into right back stance (left foot forward), double low side block to the left.
18. Step forward into left back stance (right foot forward), double high side block to the right.*
19. Step forward into right back stance (left foot forward), inward middle block with left hand.
20. Step forward into right front stance, low punch with right hand. Gi-yup!
21. Turn 270° to the left into left front stance, high block with left hand.
22. Front kick with right foot, setting foot down in right front stance.*
23. Without stepping, low punch with right hand.
24. Turn 180° to the right into right front stance, high block with right hand.
25. Front kick with left foot, setting foot down in left front stance.*
26. Without stepping, low punch with left hand.
Return to ready position.
