Start in ready position.
1. Turn 90° to the left into left tiger stance, palm block with right hand.
2. Middle front kick with right foot.
3. Return kicking foot to starting position (left tiger stance), inward block with left arm.
4. Turn 180° to the right into right tiger stance, palm block with left hand.
5. Middle front kick with left foot.
6. Return kicking foot to starting position (right tiger stance), inward block with right arm.
7. Turn 90° to the left into right back stance, double low knife hand block to the left side.
8. Step forward into left back stance, double low knife hand block to the right side.
9. Turn 90° to the left into left tiger stance, palm block with right hand, augmented by left fist under elbow.
10. Without stepping or moving left hand, back fist strike with right hand.
11. Turn 180° to the right into right tiger stance, palm block with left hand, augmented by right fist under elbow.
12. Without stepping or moving right hand, back fist strike with left hand.
13. Turn 90° to the left into meditation position (feet together, left hand over right hand in front of body).
14. Step forward into left front stance, windmill block (middle block with left hand, low block with right hand).
15. Without stepping, reverse windmill block (middle block with right hand, low block with left hand).
16. Step forward into right front stance, windmill block (middle block with right hand, low block with left hand).
17. Without stepping, reverse windmill block (middle block with left hand, low block with right hand).
18. Turn 270° to the left into left front stance, double middle block.
19. Middle knee strike with right knee.
20. Jump forward into right twisted stance, double uppercut.
21. Step back with left foot into right front stance, low X-Block.
22. Turn 180° to the right into right front stance, double middle block.
23. Middle knee strike with left knee.
24. Jump forward into left twisted stance, double uppercut.
25. Step back with right foot into left front stance, low X-Block.
26. Turn 90° to the left into left walking stance, back fist strike with left hand.
27. Inward crescent kick with right foot into palm of left hand.
28. Set right foot down into side stance, elbow strike with right hand into left palm.
29. Slide right foot over into right walking stance, back fist strike with right hand.
30. Inward crescent kick with left foot into palm of right hand.
31. Set left foot down into side stance, elbow strike with left hand into right palm.
32. Without stepping, turn focus 180° to the left, knife hand block with left hand.
33. Close left hand into a fist (as if grabbing), step forward into right front stance, middle punch with right hand.
Return to ready position.
