Start in ready position.
1. Step forward with left foot into right back stance, outward forearm block with left hand, solar plexus block with right hand.
2. Slide left foot forward into left front stance, middle punch with right hand.
3. Jump and front kick with left foot. Gi-yup!
4. Land in left front stance, inward forearm block with left hand.
5. Without stepping, middle punch with right hand.
6. Without stepping, middle punch with left hand.
7. Step forward into right front stance, middle punch with right hand.
8. Turn 270° to the left into right front stance (focus to the left, but right front stance is "facing" the other direction), middle block with right hand in front of body (over right leg), low block with left hand to "back" (over rear/left leg). Focus is toward the low block.
9. Without moving feet, turn body 180° to the right into left front stance, uppercut with right hand, guard with left hand at right shoulder.
10. Step across right foot with left foot, then step out with right foot into left front stance (focus to the right, but left front stance is "facing" the other direction), middle block with left hand in front of body (over left leg), low block with right hand to "back" (over rear/right leg). Focus is toward the low block.
11. Without moving feet, turn body 180° to the left into right front stance, uppercut with left hand, guard with right hand at left shoulder.
12. Turn 90° to the left into right back stance, double high knife hand block to the left side.
13. Slide left foot into left front stance, middle punch with right hand.
14. Middle front kick with right foot.
15. Bring kicking foot back to starting position (left front stance), step back with left foot into right tiger stance, middle section palm block with right hand.
16. Turn 90° to the left into left tiger stance, double high knife hand block to the left side.
17. Middle front kick with left foot.
18. Set kicking foot down into left front stance, middle punch with right hand.
19. Slide left foot back into left tiger stance, palm block with left hand.
20. Turn 180° to the right into right tiger stance, double high knife hand block to the right side.
21. Middle front kick with right foot.
22. Set kicking foot down into right front stance, middle punch with left hand.
23. Slide right foot back into right tiger stance, palm block with right hand.
24. Turn 90° to the right into right tiger stance, double low fisted block to the right side.
25. Middle front kick with left foot.
26. Without setting kicking foot down, jump into the air, high front kick with right foot.
27. Land in right front stance, inward forearm block with right hand.
28. Without stepping, middle punch with left hand.
29. Turn 270° to the left into right back stance, knife hand block with left hand.
30. Slide left foot into left front stance, high elbow strike with right elbow.
31. Without stepping, back fist strike with right hand.
32. Without stepping, middle punch with left hand.
33. Turn 180° to the right into left back stance, knife hand block with right hand.
34. Slide right foot into right front stance, high elbow strike with left elbow.
35. Without stepping, back fist strike with left hand.
36. Without stepping, middle punch with left hand.
